Refund PolicyMemoHoney refund policy: how a return is actually processed

Every refund starts with a telephone call to the order desk and an order ID. Return postage is the buyer's. Processing takes three to five business days after the parcel is received, and the money takes a further five to ten days to appear on the card.

Why a MemoHoney refund takes two separate waits
The gap between posting a box and seeing the money catches people out, so here is where it goes.
